Refund policy

You have 30 days starting from the day you get your item to seek a return under our return policy.

Your item must be unworn or unused, still have the tags on, be in the original packaging, and be in saleable condition to be eligible for a return. The invoice or other form of proof of purchase is also required.

Contact us at info@hojmade.com to begin a return. In the event that your return is approved, we'll provide you with a return postage label and shipping instructions. We won't accept items that are sent back to us without first requesting a refund.

Return Shipping Fee

No cost when the product is damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way. But when the customer purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or they no longer want the item, we charge Actual cost of return shipping.
